擺動式液壓缸
擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓缸(gang)是輸出扭矩并實現(xian)(xian)往復(fu)(fu)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元件(jian),有單葉片、雙(shuang)葉片、螺(luo)(luo)旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾(ji)種形式(shi)。葉片式(shi)式(shi):定子塊(kuai)固定在(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體上(shang),而葉片和(he)轉子連接在(zai)(zai)一起。根據進油(you)方向,葉片將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復(fu)(fu)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單螺(luo)(luo)旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋兩種,現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋比較常用,靠兩個螺(luo)(luo)旋副降液壓缸(gang)內活塞的直(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變(bian)為直(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復(fu)(fu)he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)而實現(xian)(xian)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





有異(yi)物(wu)進入后(hou),活(huo)塞(sai)滑動(dong)表面的(de)(de)外側如(ru)裝有帶唇緣(yuan)的(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)件,那么(me),工(gong)作時(shi)密(mi)封(feng)件的(de)(de)唇緣(yuan)即(ji)可刮動(dong)異(yi)物(wu),這對于避免(mian)劃(hua)傷是(shi)(shi)有利的(de)(de)。但(dan)是(shi)(shi)裝0形密(mi)封(feng)圈的(de)(de)活(huo)塞(sai),其(qi)兩(liang)端是(shi)(shi)滑動(dong)表面,異(yi)物(wu)夾在此滑動(dong)表面之間,容易形成(cheng)傷痕。
異物進入缸內的途徑有下列(lie)幾(ji)種。
① 進入缸內的異(yi)物
a.由于保(bao)管時不注意使(shi)油口敞開著(zhu),將(jiang)產生(sheng)時刻接受異(yi)物(wu)的條件,這是不允許(xu)的。保(bao)管時必須(xu)注入防銹油或者工作油液,并且塞(sai)好。
、液壓(ya)缸(gang)低速爬行(xing)的現象(xiang)
液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的活塞桿(gan)在油壓(ya)的作用下伸(shen)出(chu)或縮回時(shi),經(jing)常(chang)出(chu)現速(su)度(du)不均勻現象,并(bing)有(you)時(shi)伴有(you)振(zhen)動(dong)和異響(xiang),從而引(yin)起(qi)整個液(ye)壓(ya)系(xi)統的振(zhen)動(dong),并(bing)帶動(dong)主機其它部件振(zhen)動(dong),在主機調試(shi)過程中經(jing)常(chang)出(chu)現,有(you)時(shi)速(su)度(du)快(kuai)了,這種現象會(hui)減輕(qing)。除因液(ye)壓(ya)系(xi)統管路引(yin)起(qi)這種現象以外(wai),液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)自身產生(sheng)的振(zhen)動(dong)也經(jing)常(chang)引(yin)發此類現象。
原因分析
液壓(ya)缸有桿(gan)(gan)腔和無桿(gan)(gan)腔存有氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)而產生的(de)低速爬(pa)行,由于氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)混在(zai)(zai)液壓(ya)油中,在(zai)(zai)壓(ya)力的(de)作用(yong)下,容(rong)器內體(ti)積變化,在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)作用(yong)下甚至發生氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)瞬間,從而引起液壓(ya)缸的(de)速度不(bu)穩定。
