一、故障診(zhen)斷及處理
1、誤動(dong)作(zuo)或動(dong)作(zuo)失靈
原因和處理方法有以(yi)下幾(ji)種:
1、液(ye)(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)有桿腔(qiang)(qiang)和(he)無桿腔(qiang)(qiang)存有氣(qi)體而產(chan)生的(de)低速爬行(xing),可(ke)通過反復運行(xing)液(ye)(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)達(da)到排氣(qi)的(de)目的(de),必要(yao)時在(zai)管路(lu)或液(ye)(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)的(de)兩腔(qiang)(qiang)設置排氣(qi)裝置,在(zai)液(ye)(ye)壓系統(tong)工作(zuo)時進(jin)行(xing)排氣(qi)。

2、液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)設計(ji)(ji)間隙(xi)(xi)不當產生的低速爬行(xing)(xing),可正確設計(ji)(ji)液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)內部(bu)活(huo)塞和(he)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體、活(huo)塞桿和(he)導向套之間的滑(hua)動配合(he)間隙(xi)(xi),理論上的配合(he)間隙(xi)(xi)為(wei)H9/N或H9/f8,也有(you)H8/f8的;根(gen)據本作者的經驗(yan),液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)徑和(he)桿徑由小到大(da),如(ru)都(dou)按此來(lai)設計(ji)(ji)配合(he)間隙(xi)(xi),對于較(jiao)大(da)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)徑(≥?200mm)和(he)桿徑(≥?140mm)的配合(he)間隙(xi)(xi)就顯得間隙(xi)(xi)過(guo)大(da),實際(ji)應過(guo)程中,這類(lei)液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)低速爬行(xing)(xing)現象較(jiao)小缸(gang)(gang)(gang)徑的液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)出現的多(duo),國外此類(lei)液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)滑(hua)動面的配合(he)間隙(xi)(xi)一般(ban)設計(ji)(ji)為(wei)0.05mm∽0.15mm,從實際(ji)比較(jiao)的結(jie)果(guo)來(lai)看,液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)的低速爬行(xing)(xing)問題明顯改(gai)善。因此對大(da)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)徑的液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)建議選(xuan)用這種(zhong)方法(fa)。
